Chelsea Arancio serves as Chief of Staff for Bianchi & Brandt, where she oversees special projects, manages staff and internal communications, identifies operational efficiencies, and handles a variety of administrative tasks for the firm’s founding partners. She is a trusted advisor who leads culture development and the execution of strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Bianchi & Brandt, Chelsea spent 16 years working for prestigious boutique and international law firms in Phoenix, including Schmitt Schneck, Dentons LLP, and Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP. She has subject matter expertise in litigation, corporate, and real estate matters, and has served on trial teams for cases before the Maricopa County Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Chelsea studied communications at Northern Arizona University, with a focus on effective oral, written, and relational communication. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the Sonoran Desert, baking Italian desserts, and spending time with her two little chihuahuas. She plans to retire to a small village in Sicily and eat lots of gelato.
