Chanel Vegh Lamb


Chanel is an attorney at Bianchi & Brandt whose practice focuses on cannabis and business law and transactions, business formations, commercial real estate law, and estate planning. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts in various industries and is an integral part of the firm’s corporate transactions, cannabis and hemp, and estate planning departments.

Within the corporate transactions department, Chanel assists clients with preparing a variety of transactional documents, including, but not limited to, operating agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, bylaws, assignments of membership interest, purchase and sale shareholder agreements, and stock transfer agreements.

Chanel takes great pride in supporting clients with their estate planning needs. She works closely with each client to prepare comprehensive estate plans focused on protecting her client’s business and personal assets plus strategies to mitigate tax consequences during life and upon death. Chanel is experienced in preparing both moderate and sophisticated, high net worth estate plans and finds immeasurable satisfaction in being instrumental to the success of each client that she assists.

Chanel is a graduate of Arizona State University and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She lives in Tempe with her husband Alan and two chihuahuas. She spends as much quality time with her family as possible and loves to travel, explore, and experience new cultures. Chanel has visited fourteen countries and lived in several places, including Hawai’i, New York City, and Germany.
