Caroline Federici is a business attorney and litigator at Bianchi & Brandt. She assists clients in matters involving cannabis law, commercial and business litigation, and corporate transactions.
While pursuing her law degree at Arizona State, Caroline became part of the Bianchi & Brandt team working as a law clerk. Active in her law school community, Caroline served as President of the Student Bar Association, worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Advocacy Writing Course, and served as a Note and Comment Editor of Jurimetrics Journal of Law, Science and Technology. Upon graduation, Caroline was a recipient of the Dean’s Award for outstanding contributions to Arizona State Law and academic performance. Prior to attending law school, Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology at Baylor University, where she also was a member of Baylor’s competitive dance team.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys listening to podcasts, spending time with friends and family, and taking advantage of all of Arizona’s sunny days.
