Allan Bach is a business attorney with the firm. Allan brings with him a diverse background having gained experience in corporate, real estate, and litigation matters from a variety of perspectives including at both boutique and international law firms, professional sport franchises, and a publicly traded company.
Allan assists clients with a variety of transactional matters and provides legal counsel ranging from general business matters to complex nuisance issues.
Having clerked for the Hon. Roger Brodman in the Commercial and Complex Division, Allan provides a unique litigation perspective from behind the bench in assisting clients in matters involving cannabis law, commercial and business litigation, and corporate transactions.
Outside of work, you can find Allan golfing, strategizing for fantasy football and basketball, rooting for the varsity teams of Los Angeles, and collecting rare sneakers, you may call him a “Sneakerhead”. Lastly, Allan is one of the few people who actually enjoys small talk.
