Nicholas J. Scavio


Nick is a business attorney and senior litigator at the firm. He serves clients in various industries, including cannabis, insurance, commercial real estate, communications, entertainment, healthcare and wellness, hospitality, and transportation and logistics.

In recent years, Nick has represented clients in several multi-million dollar actions and litigated various claims. However, he also serves as outside counsel to companies concerning business transactions and employment matters.

He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Utah. Additionally, he has worked on litigation matters in courts across the western states, including California, Colorado, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. He has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2016, an honor bestowed on him by his peers.

Nick lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children. Despite his longstanding ties to Arizona, Nick remains an avid Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan in good times and bad. If he is not in the office, feel free to look for him at the golf course.
